Great location, lovely staff. We were upgraded to a balcony room which was nice and had great views
More cleanining, but we were allowed to grab new towels from reception

Tidy, clean , spacious,
The air con in rooms is set to 22 and u can’t change it, I get the cost issue.
Also breakfast….. I paid for it , my friend sat next to me , I ate and he didn’t yet was told to leave because he hadn’t paid for the breakfast which I thought was rude. He was a paying customer for the room we stayed in.
Not great for making friends or connecting, everyone sits on their phones and laptops in the darkest corners of the hostel and forget how to communicate.
And the lifts are the slowest in the world

Solo female traveler - absolutely fantastic location, room, and overall feeling. There were 24/7 security guards, you needed a keycard to access your floor, and the female only rooms were very safe as well. There were nightly events you could participate in, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. I will stay there every time I go :)

Beds were really comfy, the air conditioning was good
1. I was told checkin can be late, but it wasn’t they check u in on the dot.
2. Bathroom inside Rooms, 8 people using one, I asked for access, which I got but I felt I really have to request for it.
3.Good bit of walk from the centre, not easy when it is 32 Degrees bright
