Nice location, warm and friendly staff, basic services corresponding exactly to all I needed. Room and bathroom were perfectly clean, I slept on a comfortable bed and there's a practical daily room cleaning service on request. Handy entrance through custom access codes, after a proper lift.
Make sure you are clear about your room size and views (or lack thereof): some rooms look towards (typical barcelonian) internal light wells and may not be very bright. My neighbors were all respectful of night rest hours, however room walls were pretty thin, I nearly heard every word and the upstairs neighbors airco.

Location is good although you will need to walk around 6 blocks to find a subway station. You will have plenty of food options nearby and bus stations are near.
Front desk hours is limited, so plan accordingly. Bathroom was clean overall, but needs maintenance, mold stains in the ceiling and rust in shower doors needs to be cleaned.
