The location was very nice, well connected to the metro and the city center. In the area there are plenty of supermarkets, coffee shops and place to eat tasty food. The neighbourhood is safe and calm and has a very nice atmosphere. The stuff is friendly, responds immediately and is very helpful to all the needs.
The beds weren't comfortable. A little worn out in general.

The staff was helpful with all our small enquiries, except giving us the correct apartment
I had booked a 2 bedrooms apartment and was given an apartment that was not the same as the picture. The living hall was 50% smaller and there was no sofa as shown in the picture. The hall was really small for my family of 3(felt being cheated) The bed linen has stain when asked to change, the staff said it has been washed. He brushed me off by saying he will change the next day, but it didn’t happen. I asked for a bigger apartment, he said all is the same. Really disappointed because that was my last 3 nights in Barcelona out of my 19 days in Spain and hope to have a good comfortable rest before my flight. My first 3 nights stayed in ‘Weflating City Centre’, Eixample was good, though the kitchen is not attached to the room
The location wasn’t good too! We had to take taxi to town, moreover taxi was difficult to get in this area.
