Breakfast was superb - plenty of choice and cooked options were well cooked/presented. It was also nice to receive a drinks token when we arrived in our room.

The room was well presented, spacious and comfortable.
The one drawback we found was the next door room left their bathroom fan on until around 2am. It was clearly audible and did make for a disturbed night’s sleep.
Shame because everything else was fine.
Food in the restaurant was very good both for dinner in the evening and breakfast.

Location /food ..
The rooms were extremely dusty , a good months worth of cobwebs etc all around the ceilings .. we have stayed here over 20 times and had 4 rooms this time with family so was disappointed..
we did bring this to the attention of the staff who did rectify straight away , but seriously this was extreme. And was not just a little .
