Room 13 was a great size, and a good size bathroom..the bath was lovely. Loved our view too.
There were 3 spiders in the room ( I really don’t like spiders!) and the bed did not appear to be a king size one as was stated. The TV seemed abit small for the room size too.

We have stayed here before. Angela is always very helpful. The kitchen facilities are an absolute bonus for us as we are both disabled and like to settle late afternoon and relax so prefer the kitchen situation rather than have to go out to eat.
There is nothing that we didn't like.

The location is great, free parking, a bit hard to find a spot on a Saturday night, but we managed to grab the last one available.
The check-in and check out process was a breeze.
Large room, comfortable mattress and good size bathroom as well. A nice addition was the mini fridge. Nice view from the window as well. This was room 11, by the way. Nice clean set of towels, too.
Good value for the money overall.
Not the best noise insulation. The hallway door was getting slammed every now and then due to a self closer set on a hard setting and the front door of the room was jiggling when the hallway door was slamming shut.
The pillows definitely need replacing as they were flat and dull as an old pancake.
The room was clean but not all parts of the room were clean and addressed as there was a dead spider hanging from the bathroom ceiling, but the rest of the room was clean.
Shame they don't offer breakfast.
The kettle definitely needed a descale or a replacement. Didn't use it from this reason.
