It's an wonderful boutique hotel in many levels including the staff, location, cleaness, and the size of the room. The two things that are not perfect are listed below.
The room was very cold and we had no control of it. When we came back to the room. It was late at night so there's no staff to assist on that. We had to use the big towels over the comforter to be warm enough to sleep. We also wished that there were windows where we can actually see outside.

The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming, we could use the facilities even before checking in. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Although there was no catering booked, they offered coffee, tea and pastries in the morning for free.

Room was spacious, great atmosphere, just homey
The stairs are a thing but the little lift is there to almost take you where you need to. Always just a few steps extra!

Bedroom was a good size.
The entrance to the building in which this hotel is situated reeks of drains. Bathroom quite dated and shower took five minutes to run hot. Aircon control in the reception area outside of the room. This place might impress youngsters who have only ever stayed in hostels, but boutique hotel it is not. By way of comparison, the same weekend my wife and daughters stayed up the road in Suite Centers for pretty much the same cost and it was far better.
