Plenty of parking, friendly staff, nice view from room. Room a bit ‘faded’ could do with some updating but comfortable and plenty of space. Lovely lounges with open fires and comfortable chairs.
Buy some egg cups (boiled eggs at breakfast came in a ramekin!). Slightly better biscuits in room, a pack of three bourbons doesn’t really cut it.

Gave us a choice of rooms and showed them to us so we could make an informed choice. Evening meal was very good. Large room and great view of the river Tweed.

We had stayed at Ednam House in 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. It was equally good, if not better, this time as our room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was excellent and the room was spotless as well as nice & warm on a cold night. Finally, the breakfast was very good and all the staff in the hotel were absolutely lovely. Many thanks, Henry
