Very comfortable. Staff reception, housekeeping, breakfast service. Good breakfast. Catered for my gluten free requirement (I have coeliac autoimmune disease)
There were no photograps outside online, so when I arrived in the vicinity, I could not find or recognise it.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and even the balcony was bigger and nicer than expected. The bathroom was not cramped at all. The hotel has wonderful character and feels like a really nice place to stay. The surrounding area has authentic, local shops and restaurants but the main sights of Turin are an easy walk away as well. Breakfast was wonderful – so much to choose from! I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Turin.

Everything above the expectations, the breakfast is exceptional. The room is surprisingly nice, especially the top floor ones with all wooden stuff.

The service staff at the front desk are very friendly, they can help me with needs and questions
It is very noisy because it is facing the road, and there is also an air conditioner, which makes strange noises every once in a while. I almost didn't sleep all night. In the end, I had to turn off the air conditioner in the cold winter. Falling asleep, but still being woken up by other sounds. Also I only knew that breakfast didn't start until 7:30, didn't know that there was only some cold, very simple food before that. If I had been told sooner, I think I would have bought my own breakfast and eaten it in the room.
