Location

Wasn’t clean floors had marks on them and dirt. Rug smelt and was gross Couch wasn’t clean Shower head was cracked and couldn’t use one of the bathrooms Price was definitely not worth the property

central to town

the entrance through garage, also needs to be cleaned as find long black hair in bathroom and living area, also cobwebs in shower, plus showers not very hot and powerful

Location was perfect, lovely sized house and the pool was super clean and a lovely addition

House was a great size and clean

Issue with the main bathroom plug by the mirror Would have been nice to have some chairs on the balcony to use

Very good

Great Location, next to lots of cafes and restaurants and beach. Townhouse was spacious.

The carpets were absolutely filthy, didn't walk around without our shoes on.

Dear Management Myself and family recently stayed at Serenity on the Terrace. This holiday accommodation cost $6,518.00 for 12 nights. I think this was a high price to pay for the accommodation received. On arrival I noticed straight away there was no window covering in the bathroom adjoining the master bedroom. After a phone call with reception this was rectified the following day with a black plastic sheet. Multiple blinds were missing across the property but were in the living area so I was less concerned. The bed was extremely wobbly and as you can see from the photos attached we had to replace screws that had fallen out but it still needs further maintenance. The television in the bedroom had no signal so did not work. I was disappointed the accommodation only had 6 coat hangers in total. The ironing board needs a cover as when used, leaves metal marks on clothes. The dining rooms chairs all need maintenance, one could not be sat on as you can see from the photo. The dining table has a very sharp edge that cut my daughters leg. The oven had no oven trays (I had to purchase trays to be able to cook) and no oven gloves to protect hands. The BBQ had no utensils so this was also not great to cook on either. Multiple globes were out. The safety hand rail to access the pool safely was broken. Pool views, as advertised were incorrect. We certainly did not have pool views. We also did not have outside dining as advertised. Merely two chairs. We paid for 3 guests and could not even sit comfortably outside. The outdoor area was very disappointing. Pest control need to visit also. I hate to send this email as I wouldn’t normally complain but it felt like one thing after another and this was my holiday. I will refrain from any public reviews until I’ve had a response to my email. Thanks for reading (This is the email that I sent to Serenity on the Terrace with photos attached. Love the location!

Missing some basics in the kitchen like baking paper, paper towel etc.

only stayed one night

great balcony area.

have to go to separate place to get and return the key. there are 3 levels and makes it difficult with large suitcase. lots of paperwork prior to receiving keys

good but lack of facilities ruined it

good location

the lack of utensils in the kitchen was extremely poor. there were no serving dishes, nothing to put a salad in they need to give more washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and also stronger bin liners we were cooking for 8 people on Friday and there was not one dish we could put the cooked food in

Fresh and Family Friendly A+ Apartment ✌️

The spacious area and having private parking and close to everything made it bliss.definately my favourite place to stay,would highly recommend ,✌️

A vaccum handy would be my only thing and couple more curtains on windows for bit more privacy 😉

We all enjoyed our stay. Staff were great to deal with and the property was great.

I like everything about the property. security, cleanliness, layout.

In the living room there is a door that is weather damaged and not completely closed. When it was windy it would whistle. This was a little annoying.

extremely unhappy overall with property and it’s facilities.

Staff were friendly after complaint and offered to change stay or refund, unfortunately it was to late.

- property presentation unsatisfactory internal and external - majority of blinds are broken and don’t go up and down - draws full of broken and missing parts of games - day 3 checked laundry and found that door was open and not locked - game machine broken - no wifi - upstairs tv didn’t work - garage remote doesn’t work - dirt and dust present in most rooms - photos of property not an honest presentation - staff offered refund/new accommodation - price is definitely not reasonable

Not very happy

Plenty of space for the kids to move around very clean

We booked the 2 storey town house with canal views and spa and it had been double booked so we got moved to an apartment above the restaurants so not very good view and noisey plus no spa only shower it was cold and no pressure at all then the power went out at around 6am so couldn't have any coffees or anything we left at 9am and the power was still out I am a bit disappointed

good value and good location

The house is spacious and well equiped. Aircon worked even on the peak of summer heat. Beds comfortable, located 3 min to all restaurants and foreshore. pool area was nice

every day some school kids were going through the gates and using the pool doing bommies and being quite loud. when we asked they said someone would open the front gate and they would just get in for a swim. that didn’t make us feel very safe as we were 3 ladies with 3 young kids. One day we had to ask them to stop as they were jumping on top of us on the pool and kids were getting scared

property was spacious for 8 adults to stay & move around in! close to the shops & where the main area for the restaurants are at

some kitchen appliances were worn out (kettle, knifes). there wasn’t really enough bin liners & dishwashing liquid for the stay.. some kitchen utensils such as cutting board were not available

Apartment was large and comfortable

Access was poor, security gate fob didn’t work. was told it would be fixed but wasn’t. access towards the back of the property would be good to the harbours.
