Thermostat not functioning-could not turn heat off; stairs in room dangerous; shower water goes everywhere; towel hooks above toilet paper so toilet paper gets wet

Location very close to airport terminal (5 minute walk)

Room was quite small.
Only restaurant nearby was closed.
Hallways/corridors could have been cleaner.
On-site and room facilities very limited.
