We liked everything about the property. The staff were lovely, the food was 5 star and the rooms were beautiful.

The best thing about this hotel are the STAFF and location for us as we were close to my family etc.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff are an asset to the company. They are friendly, warm and helpful, eg. bringing heavy cases up to help etc and so polite.
tired room, needed updating
small touches like the bulb in the bathroom mirror didn’t work. The fan was sticky and also the button to change the settings was broken. The shower doors were off the hinges and the bathroom lighting was awful.
No biscuits in the room. Window held up in place by a towel.
