Friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, delicious food. It was my birthday one day when I was staying, and the staff made an adorable happy birthday dessert plate. It was so kind!

A very big room with two double beds.
Room heating was controled by receptionist and was too cold in the day and too hot at night. The hotel was dated and had a very awkward layout. There are steps up to the front door which made it difficult with luggage. The hotel is in the centre of Sheffield but access to the city centre is a nightmare due to the road system. Concequently it is necessary to use taxis.
