Good location
The breakfast staff were gaggled together no one looked up to say hello all giggling at a screen. We had to go to them to ask for salt as no tables had it we were brought an open salt mill of sea salt without a top to grind it. She overfilled it so didn’t empty it to make it work. No consistency on table laying and just let the stay down. It needs a supervisor on breakfast front of house staff. Room good.a rabbit warren of corridors to get around but that may have been due to out of order lift.

I asked the receptionist if we could change rooms because of the view, she did so, ( I think her name was Christina) and we were very grateful.
That there was not a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Great central location. Very clean, fresh & modern.
Comfiest bed & best night’s sleep in ages.
Great shower. Really friendly & helpful staff.
Everything just spot on, rooms so well laid out, everything you need from convenient plug points, well placed mirrors & plenty of space for your things.
Delicious sweets on reception desk.
And again - a super comfy bed!
Nothing to dislike at all.
Biscuits in the room would be a nice addition.
Shame the hotel has no parking, but the discount codes for nearby Q Parks makes up for this.

Convenient, central, clean
Sealed Room with air con. Room on entering was musty. Fine for 1 night only. Windows should open. Breakfast wasn’t as relaxing as it could be. Required quite a long walk to food counters - relatively minor criticism.
