The Rooms was a good size 2 chairs for sitting, the bed nice
The location was perfect for what we needed,
Breakfast the 1st day we went they staff was very nice and welcoming they took the order no problem the breakfast came and i looked at it and said where is the bacon the sausage did not taste right so i asked if this was a veggie break he said yes so the order was wrong and it was cold as well, so they did change it but it was still cold the other days correct breakfast but not hot as it should be. we was there 3 times
I do understand that you are going through a change and refurrbing, the room we had was not as clean as it should of been, very thick dust on top of the head broad drinks stains on the wall hairs in the bath and on the bathroom floor. the room was 224. I have worked in this trade for 37 years so it hard not to check the room

Mattress was old and far too soft for anyone with any slight back issues, shower was stuck on scalding hot so thermostat obviously not working, spa needs a full r fresh, sauna wasn't working and aromatherapy room was also not working fully oh and the TV was very old and not even HD, probably a good 15yrs old.
