The location and friendliness of the staff. The shower was really good as was the comfort of the bed.
The carpet was in need of cleaning and the headboard was in need of renewal.

Breakfast was great, fantastic quality and choice.
Location was great too, less.than 15 min walk to the station , and cl9se to the theatre
A room with a bit of a view would have been nice- we were in the rafters 😄

"Lovely and clean hotel. Really good location. Had a live band on in the afternoon outside in the court yard which we really enjoyed.
All staff we spoke with were really friendly.
