The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and very smartly dressed - especially Angus. He went over and above, including helping with suitcases and giving advice as to where to go in Sheffield.

Great central location. Decent enough room and great shower
I was on the Lower Ground floor so the room seemed a little dark

Location excellent. Older character building
Noise from the square is excessive until 2am. Hotel provide ear plugs, never seen this before as standard item in hotel room. Mug in room broken, no replacement coffee or tea or milk when room made up.
Parking is very poor. 3 spaces outside to load for 15 minutes and these occupied by vans. The hotel recommended car park is some distance away with inclines and busy roads.
