Was alright nice views not as close to kielder as booking.com makes out. Small village, nothing to do there. Wendy from the cafe was wonderful.
Owners made a mistake with there booking system so they deleperatly marked me as a no show despite the fact we did attend and raised the issue that the money hadn't came out my bank and offered to pay the amount they refused as booking.com deal with payments as a carer I get 15% off plus 9 percent cash back but because of what they have done this has cost me an extra £50 on top the holiday price. I am livid and explained this to them multiple times but they didn't care.
