Hôtel en travaux, piscine fermée et bruits de réfection dès 7 heures. Nous avons donc été trompés sur les services et la tranquillité

Clean, affordable place to stay in Flores

Great hotel to stay at in Flores. Clean rooms with AC and the pool was wonderful.

Friendly staff and a nice pool area with views of the river. The stay here is worth it for the pool alone!

No Wifi in the rooms, and no curtains at the bathroom window which was facing another hotelroom across a very narrow street.

The location on the lake and the view were nice

The room was not clean, bugs everywhere on the floor, the shower had hot water but barely dripping, very overpriced for what the hotel is offering. A bottle of water is 10q, but when we asked for a receipt we were told they don't give receipts for drinks. Asked for a hair dryer and was told it was not available. So be prepared to be extra charged or not to have any amenity available.

The staff was super friendly,the food was great, the location was super nice

The faclities are a little old it needs a little maintenace, the swimming pool floor the tiles were peeling off.

It’s ok for the money, but probably there are better places. Photos are better than reality.

Staff doesn’t speak English. Hotel is just ok. Nothing special. About 10 min walk from shuttles. Stayed 3 nights and only once my room was cleaned. Towels were not changed. Pool was full of leaves.

the pool and the view from the pool area were very nice. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. it’s in a quiet part of Flores so it’s easy to get some rest.

the WiFi worked really badly or not at all. the hotel was not responsive to messages sent to them regarding my arrival. some of the staff at reception were quite unhelpful when it came to basic advice about where to get breakfast in the area.

Dirty pool , hard beds and no wifi

wifi was so slow it was useless. they dont tell you but you must haul your own luggage several blocks in and out as tour companies are not allowed to bring in minivans. pool was scary dirty

Good location! Friendly staff.

This was the second time staying here. It is the most affordable place on the island. All the other hotels are much more expensive. The rooms aren't the best but it does have a good view and a nice little pool. You can get from one side of the island to the other in a 15 minute walk. If you want to cross over to the main city it is very easy to grab a tuk tuk from anywhere and they will take you over the bridge.

I wasn't a huge fan of the rooms. They are small, the shower isn't the best, and the walls are very thin. But considering the price, and location it is not really a big deal, especially since I didn't actually spend much time in the room.

Nice Hotel with Great View of the Water

The staff was very friendly, they helped me to arrange a ride from the hotel to the border last minute which was great! The hotel had a great view with a cute little pool. Very relaxing place to stay.

The hotel and all the other hotels located on the island do nt have shops nearby, you need to take a tuk tuk across the bridge to get to the main area which shops, a little inconvenient but that actually has nothing to do with the hotel.

Very very pleasant stay...

Location, view from the room... Even has the pool

Only problem was to communicate with the stuff, no one know single word of English... But we managed to solve it...

Great location and value

Very clean, lake view pool

Describing room as having patio (do they mean the corridor?) is misleading but it didn’t matter for me as I was the only guest (covid 19 lockdown) and had the pool area to myself. There are only a few rooms with actual private patio and most face the street not the lake so if it matters to you be specific.

Disappointing

location

Not the cleanest hotel. No hot water in the shower only warm. Wi-Fi didn't reach my room had to go out and sit in the public spaces.
