War für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Gutes Essen im Restaurant. Zimmer sind unterschiedlich zu bewerten. Wir hatten uns dann für das oberste Zimmer mit Terrasse entschieden. Gute Aussicht und Ausstattung.

Sehr lebhafte Straße durch den Verkehr somit etwas lauter. Wer es ganz ruhig haben möchte sollte ein Hotel auf der anderen Seite von Flores nehmen.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel au bord du lac et notre chambre avait la vue sur le lac se qui est bien agréable. Personnel serviable et aimable. Très bon restaurant avec de délicieux pancakes et petits déjeuners. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Disappointed

Beautiful view from the rooftop!

The restaurants and bars around the hotel were very loud! Impossible to sleep! Staff weren’t very friendly!

It was very clean and friendly, but otherwise just ok.

This is not a luxurious hotel by any means. But it is absolutely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel is very, very basic. No hot water. No extras at all. But clean and lovely people.

Toilet not having fresh air fan, only one mobile charging point , it's too badly installed, other room on the roof top , too hot , too bad room height, worst ever rooms

Good stay excellent location

Excellent location and restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Terrace was outstanding!

Not enough water pressure in the shower. Some noise late at night.

The staff are helpful and the general location is good, however Casa Amelia, like most hotels and restaurants on Flores

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good AC and fan.

The location of the hotel is very unfortunate to be on a very noisy and busy corner of the ring road that goes around Flores, so there is constant traffic noise. This is most acute in the rooms on the road side. If you stay here, ask to be on lake side if possible.

Very good

Central location and a nice welcome at check in. Big room and a huge and very comfortable bed. Loved it. Really good bed linen and towels. Air con worked well. Shower was a great size and there was plenty of hot water. Room was serviced each day.

We had a room on the road side as opposed to lake side and there was a little street noise but not too bad.

I would definitly stay here again. The views are unforgettable

I booked a room on the terrace. The view from the terrace is incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to book my tours at the hotel reception. It was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel, and the view of the lake from the restaurant was enjoyable.

There is a Disco with very loud music only a half block away. Fortunately they close around midnight.

We had a very pleasant stay and would return to this hotel.

The location was good, the room large and comfortable and clean. The restaurant was nice and looked out onto the lake.

it is an older property but well maintained.

We had an excellent stay in a charming, clean, safe and well located hotel which we highly recommend

Everything was quite nice, location, excellent views, appearance, friendly staff, cleanliness, excellent restaurant was a good value. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure 24/7. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant

location (although we didn't have a room with view on the lake) airconditioning!! Big Rooms hot showering water good beds, silent surrounding (good sleeping rest)

the white walls in the room where quite dirty there was some fungus in the bathroom in comparison with other stays in Guatemala it was quite expensive for what you got

Superb

Location was amazing as the roof terrace overlooks the lake for sunset. The room was comfortable and great to have AC and an ensuite. Also a big room for the price.

There was a bar that played quite loud music nearby which you could hear in the room. But this stopped between 10pm and 11pm each night

Great choice

We got the highest room in the hotel and we had a super nice view, it was intimate and we could enjoy a big terrace almost to ourselves. Personnel was helpful and nice!

We had a great room with a view of the lake The restaurant in the hotel is very good staff is nice and helpful When you book there is an extra charge for more that one person. I didn’t indicate that we were two people so we had a small extra charge. It was really my mistake. They have the room rates posted.

Excellent value for money with friendly and helpful staff

Scenery, location and the staff allowing early check in

Bathroom had no exhaust. Shower doesn't drain very well after 2 minutes of use. AC only had one fan speed.

The view, the bed and the food WAS AWESOME! Completely loved it.

I loved everything about it. my room was awesome with this great view. The restaurant probably the best one under the “hotel” category. the staff was amazing, the front desk guy (can’t remember his name) was so nice on making things very easy. 100% convinced I’ll visit Isla De Flores again and for sure stay at this hotel.

Booking any tours or other services was very expensive as opposed to local tour office. one female staff member was rude!
