Or room was a good size with a very big, comfy bed. Good sized bathroom with great shower. We had dinner at the restaurant which was really nice. Location is very good to explore the town, plus it’s overlooking the lake.
The floor always felt dirty, like there was always a layer of dust. This may have been due to the extremely loud building works that we’re going during our stay. We weren’t warned of the works and they were very disruptive, especially as we were up at 3am to go to Tikal.

I loved the location of this property. It is perfectly situated for walking around Flores and it has a great roof terrace for watching the sun set. My room was spacious and so was my bed, which was really comfortable. The shower was good, plenty of hot water. My room also had the lake view! Communication with Federico before I arrived and during my stay was excellent. He was very helpful and kind.

great shower with very hot water! They also have free umbrellas at the entrance which was very good because it rained a complete day when we were there.
The beds were comfortable. They offered a free airport shuttle when we arrived. That was super nice and convenient. However on the way back the shuttle costs. That was a bit strange. We thought that this would be included too. However they charge 25Q per person. Since we are 2 that would have been 50Q and I assume the shuttle picks more people up so it will take a bit longer. Long story short: Take a Tuktuk instead. We preordered one the day before for a specific time the next day and paid 30Q for both. I‘m pretty sure you could also get a Tuktuk for 25Q.
The rooms weren‘t that modern as we expexted them to be and we kind of expected a bit a newer or more modern hotel because of the high price we paid. This was one of our most exensive hotels in Guatemala and not the fanciest.
The room had a bit a „cold look“ as there was no decoration at all. It felt a bit like in a hospital because there were no colours, no pictures, nothing.
We got 1 free breakfast but it was okay, nothing special. So I‘d recommend to book it without breakfast.
