The staff at casa turquesa were so helpful with booking our Tikal tour and providing boxed lunches. We loved hanging out at the pool to beat the afternoon heat and the location was great for exploring Isla de Flores. Rooms were very small, but that was okay, and we enjoyed the included breakfast at the adjacent property. AC worked great, and there was hot water in the shower.
The bar/club across the street was extremely loud and you could hear it vibrating through the walls in the evenings. Also, the bed was very worn and tilted one direction, which caused both my husband and I to have a sore back/neck after our stay.

Beautiful sunset view from the terrace, great location (close to Getaway Travels who we used to book the Tikal tour with, do laundry and transport to Antigua), nice pool with access to neighbouring hotel’s pool and breakfast included.
Room was cosy for 3 people (2 adults and a child) - especially coming from Mexico but it was clean and comfortable.

The view from the room was beautiful! Rooms are small but we spent very little time in it so no problems there. Facilities are clean and the staff are very kind! The pool was refreshing, and the shuttle and included breakfast really stood out. Overall would recommend.
The lanchas turn into party boats in the evening so they are constantly circulating and blasting music. It was loud but not much to be done about it, you would hear it no matter where you are!

No fault to the hotel, but it's directly beside a nightclub, which makes sleep impossible. Wish I would have known that, or we wouldn't have booked. As it was, we found another hotel in a quiet area of Flores for the rest of our stay. The rooms are just okay, very basic and not the most comfortable bed. There is no privacy at all because the window opens directly onto the staircase, which means you must keep your blinds closed 24/7 or everyone can see right in. Staff are nice and the rooms are clean.
