Well located, nice A/C in the room. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. I think this was the best feature of the hotel. We felt safe and well taken care. One of the pools was not open which not a as a bummer. But overall it was a good experience.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Room was nice, mostly clean (except for a large spattering of hair on the shower wall) and comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful and that always makes my experience somewhere extra special. Only real complaint is that I could never get anything to eat at the hotel despite its website advertising breakfast. Oh well. Not a huge deal because the hotel is a stone’s throw from plenty of places to eat. I’d definitely return here.
