Vue incroyable !!

Établissement sur l'iles de Fores. Situé au pied du lac. Vue incroyable du couché de soleil. Grande chambre avec climatisation. Accueil 24h/204h. Tout été parfait. Nous avons fait toutes nos excursions avec l'agence Escobar Shuttle & Tours, je recommande.

Vista linda. Porém quarto escaldante.

Os funcionários são atenciosos e gentis. A vista do terraço para o lago é linda e o por do sol perfeito.

O ar condicionado não esfria, só ventila e os dias estavam bem quentes. Isso tornou a hospedagem muito ruim. Pois não descansamos devido ao calor. O hotel tentou resolver colocando gás, porém acredito que tenham que trocar os aparelhos por mais potentes.

La position est bien, en face du lac. Message avant l’arrivée avec tous les détails pour s’y rendre etc

The light of the room, the noise due to the street. The room was not fixed on day 2. The bed is not confortable at all.

Very nice views, super clean rooms, the rest very basic

Good location, very very clean, quiet (kind of…) gorgeous views from the terrace.

No restaurant, no coffeemaker in the room, no closet (only open rack), hard beds, no swimming pool, the boats on the water with the music make a lot of noise and the terrace on the top floor corresponding with the rooms on this floor is for everybody, so there is no privacy if you want to seat outside or hang out your towels.

La rue inondée. Le taxi nous a laissé assez loin de l'hôtel à cause de la rue inondée. Il a fallu tirer nos valises en marchant environ 10 minutes.

Great room, staff, location and price!

Pleasant and accommodating staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent room service that always included some artistic towel arrangement (swans, flowers, etc) which was adorable. Great location- lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and beautiful balcony view of the lake and San Miguel.

Beautiful views from the hotel! Clean room with excellent AC. Easy walk to anywhere on the island and about a 6 minute walk from the dock where shuttles drop you off.

Wifi did not work for me my entire stay. My devices connected but it would immediately kick me off the wifi when I tried to do anything. I was on the 3rd floor. Tried to talk to the front desk about it but my Spanish isn’t that great.

Great place to stay with great amenities and location and beautiful sunsets

Great balcony to relax on with views over the water and the sunset! Room was fantastic with big comfy bed and air con, and the bathroom was great too

Staff didn’t speak a lot of English but I got by.

Colonial style and great comfort

The hotel has a great location, rooms are comfy and quiet. Views from terrace spectacular. Mini breakfest in the morning is a nice gesture.

In room safe did not work, possibly needs new batteries.

Superb

My room was very spacious, clean, with a great view of the lake. Bed was comfy. The staff were very nice, though I better know some Spanish... Good value for money.

Our room was not lakeside, so no views, but roadside with traffic noise. We were charged an additional 12 +10%(22%) on top of our booking.com fee (which stated quite clearly that the price included all taxes & fees.) We questioned the addition of these fees & showed the staff(who did not speak English) the booking. com confirmation but this was rejected & we had to pay the extra. None of these extra charges were available or advertised prior to check in. We think this is a scam. Beware

nice stay in general but i’ll find a place with at least an armchair in the future.

only one very uncomfortable small armless chair inside,they should have a minimum of 1 armchair to sit and relax etc. so essentially had to lay on the bed to work on pc, watch tv , etc. Comfort is very important to me so this was a major negative.

very nice hotel, good facilities, kind staff and very clean. in the other hand the Wi-Fi was so bad

Best place to stay in Flores

My favourite hotel in Guatemala so far. Fantastic location, beautiful sunset views, pleasant staff, large, quiet, clean, comfortable room with toiletries, abundant hot water and a decent hairdryer. I had a private terrace, but the upstairs shared terrace was also lovely. Thoroughly recommended.

Lock on the door was a bit dodgy- needed some new screws. But it still locked fine.

Super comfy bed!

OK, I've been traveling for awhile now... and this place in my opinion had the most comfortable beds yet!! (I prefer harder beds just FYI) The room was big and clean and a cute little enclosed balcony.

Everything is a bit old and run down.

For a short-term visit to Isla Flores-Peter, Casazul is a great place to stay.

The hotel provided basic services, but it is located in front of the lake and from the top terrace, I enjoyed the most breathtaking sunset in a long time. It is a great place to stay to explore Tikal and Yaxha national parks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I must mention Mr. Alexander, Milton, Brayan, and Mrs. Mendez. Of course, the support personnel did outstanding job up keeping the room.

Overpriced- better off with a cheaper hostel.

The bed was ok. The bathroom shower was ok.

There really isn't all that much positive- the staff weren't helpful and were quite rude. The room is bare bones, as is the bathroom. The wi-fi wasn't more than barely serviceable. No help with luggage, location isn't a huge selling point on this tiny island.

Friendly, peaceful. comfortable hotel with a great view of the lake.

On the 3rd floor there is a veranda with view of the lovely lake. A great place to sit, have a cup of coffee or lunch or a beer in the evening. Heaven! The staff was also very helpful and friendly. A home away from home.

Best view in Flores

Big clean room. Excellent views. We had a porch off of our room. The top terrace was really neat too. Restaurants are close. Water taxi out the front door.

Great choice in Flores

Great location, marvellous views of Lake Petén Itza. AC works great and much needed as temperatures have reached 100F each day I've been here. Very close to water taxis, bars, restaurants and eateries. Wonderful place to stay in Flores island. Highly recommended.
