Staff, location, room. All excellent- dreamy view from window of room 17. Just incredible location - wind and rain stopped us from exploring closely but breakfast was great and staff were lovely. We ventured on to black church and Arnarstapi harbour before returning to Reykjavik- could’ve stayed a lot longer

Quiet location.
No tea/ complementary in room or common area.
There was no hot food for breakfast. No sweet treats either.
Very limited choice for dinners. As it was quite some distance to find alternatives it was just ok. Room was very small. No hairdryer in bathroom.

Friendly service on check-in, dining and check-out. Location is good. Dinner was really good and tasty. Breakfast was adequate as well.
It would have been nice to have coffee or tea plus creamer and sugar in the room with cups or mugs. There is a kettle but we could not do anything with it. Also as the sun rises early in the morning and sets late at night (when we were there) there is no blackout blind or curtain on the small window. We could not open the outside door on the patio for some reason.
One last thing - it would have been nice to have a variety of beers and cool drinks. There was no Pepsi Max or Coke Zero and only one pale ale.
