bien situado. Buen desayuno y entorno muy agradable. Instalaciones un poco antiguas, pero que van bien con la personalidad del hotel. Máquina de café junto a recepción, disponible a todas horas.
La calidad de las habitaciones cambia según el edificio que te toque. Se podía mejorar un poco la imagen, por ejemplo el letrero de la entrada

El hotel es precioso y el desayuno está muy, muy bien. Tienen varias opciones en la carta además de una selección de frutas, pan, café.. para autoservicio. La ubicación es perfecta si debes ir a la Universidad (UCR), está justo al lado. También está cerca.. a unos minutos de Escalante y centro de San José. Es un paseo agradable.
Cuando llueve, según la habitación, es bastante molesto. El techo es como de chapa y se oye cada gota que cae.

This older property had a lot of character! The owners had placed many interesting antiques, pictures, artifacts throughout the common areas. Restaurant and bar were great. Separate breakfast room with good choices. Ceiling fans and refrigerators in the rooms. Located adjacent to University of CR.
Shower was inoperable. Towels were thin and scratchy. Room was small with no comfortable chairs, no deck or patio, no view--and just not as clean as we would have liked. Bugs and ants on the walls and floor. Property was located just off the freeway in a very busy area.
