I like that this place has a private parking area, has clean and spacious rooms that some have a kitchenette if you don't want to go out, is walkable to a nearby mall if you want to go out, and offers a delicious breakfast.

The location is good however , it’s near a train rail so it can be annoying
Rooms are a bit old, the wood stand on the bed was dirty, sofa bed also was old and looked dirty

Convenient location. Breakfast is good.
The bed after a few nights did feel a little hard.

Convenient to the university campus and San Pedro.
Sound travels easily between walls. The noise of the train, in the morning I was there, started at 4:20 a.m. I had hoped for a bit more at breakfast . There were no eggs.
