The place has everything you might need for your stay, it’s incredibly comfortable, has an beautiful view, close to multiple nice restaurants and bars, everything in walking distance. Also, the terrace on the last floor is amazing, with a small gym? Jacuzzi, working area. If I visit San Jose I would certainly stay here again

Nice, modern apartment with great amenities - we loved the rooftop gym and hot tub. Staff was super friendly. The location was great and close to lots of bars and restaurants.
Our room smelled a bit like a damp basement. We reported this to staff. Also, we were promised fresh bread in the morning but we didn’t receive it due to a bakery delay (not BEE Suites’ fault).

Quiet location (quiet from train and traffic), new building, quality furniture
You don’t have noise from outside, but you have noise from the building itself.
1. Noise from the building. I stayed in room904 and room 1101, both rooms have the engine noise every hour or more . And the noise is so loud that the windows and ground shake.
2. Low frequency noise 24 hours in room1101. I have to keep ac on to cover the low frequency noise even though I don’t need the ac.
3. The Electronic locker of Room904 doesn’t work. Had to use key by the end
4. Fake info. There is no washing machine in the room.
5. I was upgraded from room 904 to room 1101 because of engine noise but when I told them there is still engine noise in room 1101, they didn’t reply me at all. I cannot discuss a refund and move.
6. Unfriendly staff. The staff at the lobby pretended not to speak English to avoid giving me information and offering no help for luggages. He talked fluent English to other guests.

Location was good with a short walk to the Barrio Escalante which is packed full of bars and restaurants. Gym and rooftop were great.

Great amenities, Great people in the reception, awesome view on the 14th floor and the gym was perfect. Everything about this property was superb. Very friendly people working and willing to go the extra mile, I needed a waterboiler and Victoria in the reception made sure to give me one that they had although it's not included in the room.
I liked everything so didn't have anything not to like. Everything was great about this property, will definitely stay again next time I'm in San Jose

Great location not far from quite some good restaurants / supermarket. Parking available right within the property. In general the communication was very good beforehand amd the view is outstanding.
There is no safety deposit box.

Excelente departamento con todas las comodidades e instalaciones necesarias para una gran estadía. Realmente fue el mejor lugar donde nos hospedamos en Costa Rica. Limpieza impecable, camas muy cómodas, cocina completa, AC, vistas a la ciudad y muy buena ubicación en el bello barrio Escalante, cerca de muchos bares y restaurantes.

What a lovely space with an amazing view!! Host and staff were so helpful when it came to entry, parking, and laundry. Comfy bed, nice layout and furniture. Shower pressure was excellent. Plenty of storage space and the little thoughtful extras were a bonus. Highly recommend if staying in San Jose!! Hope to book again!

Geweldig comfortabel appartement. Veel licht en door het te openen schuifraam ook genoeg frisse lucht. Heerlijk groot comfortabel bed.
In de loop van de middag moet je het rolgordijn laten zakken vanwege de zon en moet je de ac aanzetten.

If you want to stay close to Downtown San Jose, this is the place. A quiet neighborhood close to a street full of life and nice restaurants. Downtown is an easy walking distance. Check-in was fast and efficient and the on-site parking is very secure at no extra charge. Everything in our room was new and clean, including a washer and dryer. The view from the 11th floor was spectacular both at night and during the day. This is hands-down our first choice for a hotel San Jose

Man kann gut zu Fuß ins Zentrum gehen.

Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Super Apartment, sehr gemütlich, modern und hell durch das große Fenster und viele Iluminationsmöglichkeiten. Das Barrio Escalante ist sehr sicher. Man kann Abends ohne Taxi aus dem Haus gehen. In der Nähe sind tolle Bars und Restaurantes. Alles sehr modern. Besonders der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse war der Knaller. Kostenfrei nutzbar. Also wer hier für den Preis nicht übernachtet ist selbst schuld.

Das Apartment hat wirklich eine tolle Ausstattung mit schönem Ausblick. Tiefgarage für Mietwagen war ebenfalls vorhanden. (Auto wird automatisch weg geparkt)
Leider sind die Fußböden im Flur in der Waschküche sowohl auch im Apartment schmutzig gewesen. Die Fußleisten im Apartment waren leider auch schmutzig.

Check-in was seamless - arrived at the reception late at night from the airport and the staff there spoke some basic English. Very polite and helpful. Prior to my arrival, I had already received an email regarding the check-in process such as the door code to enter my bedroom. I liked this idea as it was highly efficient and fuss-free without requiring a key.
The facilities were great! Small but good gym with basic equipment, great jacuzzi as well on the rooftop (: There is also a workspace on the rooftop. The entire premise was spacious and clean. The bedroom was so spacious and comfortable. I could stay in there all day!
The reception staff have been exceptional. Whenever I ordered UberEats delivery, they would be happy to receive the orders for me. Overall, an exceptional stay and I will definitely return if I'm back at San Jose (:

Clean and comfortable. Some of the main attractions are about 25-30 minute walk. Restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Easy access door pad to enter the apartment.
Apartment lacks basics like a hairdryer and a collection of spices, seasonings, and oils for cooking. Host responsiveness could have been better.

Beautiful apartment, I had a room on the 13th floor with a nice lookout. The room is very nice with aircon and the bed was very comfortable. It's also in an amazing location, close to some nice cafe's and bars en still on walking distance to the shopping street.
Host was not on the premises, but communication was easy enough via messaging. On the day we arrived we got a message with all the instructions, which was pretty straightforward. Great place, I would come again
I missed a water cooker. There was a little basket with tea and grounded coffee, but no kettle to be found. Soap was provided, but no washing up liquid. I also didn't find any basic kitchen supplies, like oil.
I received a message that I would receive some fresh bread at 8:30. Very nice touch, but at 8:45 nothing had arrived so I decided to go and explore the city, hoping I would find the bread at lunchtime on the doorstep. This was not the case.
Nice gym and Jacuzzi on the rooftop level, but the gym is very small.

Amazing modern apartments with incredible views. So clean and spacious, we stayed here when we first arrived in Costa Rica and it was perfect for what we wanted. The roof terrace was wonderful (though we couldn’t work out how to turn the outdoor lights on) my husband used the gym and said it was basic but had what he wanted, parking and building is very secure and safe. The man on reception at check in was helpful and friendly. Location is in the middle of Escalante with lots of great food places and bars as well as a lovely farmers market a couple of blocks away. The coffee from the machine on the terrace level was so good I’m still talking about it now! Best coffee I’ve ever had. Beds very comfortable and the rooms have everything you need. Highly recommend!
Hard to think of anything really, maybe clearer signage as wasn’t overly easy to find as I don’t think it had BEE Suites on it anywhere but that’s just nit picking as it was honestly wonderful!! Had a brilliant night sleep here
