Friendly, accommodating staff. I added a night due to the wildfires and this was dealt with easily. Attractive rooms. Good breakfast. Pleasant pool area and pool. Loved the aquagym sessions. Easy walking access to the beach. Good local buses to get around.
The pool surround was a bit sloped, tight and slippery in places.

- Our room and all the common areas of the hotel were lovely and had a lot of attention to detail design-wise!
- Bed was incredibly comfortable.
- Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.
- Breakfast was also great with lots of options.
- The hotel seems quite focused towards families and there were a lot of kids around! Not a massive problem for us but it was noisy at times and lots of splashing in the pool, etc.
- Minor thing but it would be great if the rooms had coffee machines.
- Wasn't clear to me there isn't an on-site restaurant but probably just didn't read closely enough!

Excellent location. A few minutes walk to the beach and good restaurants. The pool and sauna is also great to have.
