Realmente, uno se siente en un palacio del siglo XVI y en el centro del casco antiguo. Habitaciones muy cómodas. El encargado, José Luis, fue súper amable !

location in old town. beautiful old building…..

parking… had to drop bags off and park in supermarket lot. no one was there to check us in, front desk not manned. cleaning staff checked us out. they were nice but not having any presence at front desk very odd.

Good location

No staff to welcome. The difficulty to have to fill in details on the app to get the front door and bedroom code. Also the faff to furnish the passport details. What’s happened to customer care without barriers. Hospitality is the key to providing accommodation services. Their system is far from user friendly. Would not rebook this property.
