Great apartments with comfy beds

Good price with a few sacrifices

Location, comfortable bed. It's not a hotel, its a homestay. The owners of the apartment rent out several rooms.

We were supposed to have a private bathroom, yet we got a room with shared bathroom. The bathroom was shared with several other rooms and the owners of the apartment. What I really didn't like was the cigarette smoke everywhere. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking. Yet, we could smell the smoke all the time since the owner is a chain smoker. He smoked right near our room. Sometimes we could see literal clouds of smoke coming into the room. A nightmare for someone who hates this smell.

Kind helpful owner with a convenient location next to a subway stop

the owner was very kind he picked me up from the subway stop, did my laundry for free, made sure my room was secure, and held my backs on my last day before I went to the train station.

The apartment itself was clean but the building elevators were annoying (not the fault of the owner)

Fantastic owner, great rooms!

Very good location with fast access to the Metro, old town and great nearby food and shops. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a western-style toilet. The owner was also incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with any issues.

The shower facilities were a bit old fashioned.

The location is near to the metro station, so it was really convenient. And the staffing was pretty good

Helpful staff, great location and cheap price.

The price is really cheap in comparison with other hotels. The owner speaks quite well English and he is willing to help you with everything. He washed my clothes for free and helped me to go to terracotta army. The location is great and there are plenty of buses running to city center and other museums.

The AC can only make colder the environment; there is no heaating system.

Cheap and friendly

Everything, host is very nice and friendly, speaks English. He waited for me and helped to find his place when I got lost. The place is very clear and room is comfortable. It also not so far away from NPU, just what I needed.

Shower, It’s just unfamiliar for me. And it’s hard to find the entrance. Maybe it’s better to add some kind of detailed step by step instruction. Like: go to the back side of building, enter gates, second access, 9th floor, turn left. Something like that.
