Good

Good location, cheap, big room.

Staff dont speak much english, but were helpful. Room was very old with very stained carpet. Breakfast was big, but not very good. They claim laundry to have back the same day and it was not true - they had to send us by currier to our next location. Beds are not really comfi. But since it was cheap i guess that is the reason.

A very nice and clean hotel with excellent breakfast and a perfect location.

The beds were super comfortable, the room clean, a wide choice of food for breakfast, the staff friendly and helpful.

Great family room

Very comfortable room, stayed in a family suite with 2 children. Great location, can walk to South Gate of City wall where you can hire bikes and also walking distance to Muslim quarter for great street food. Decent western options for breakfast.

Swimming pool a bit tired looking.

Comfortable stay in Xi'An

The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was about 15-20 minutes on foot away from the drum and bell towers as well as the food market. The next bus stops are about 5-10 minutes away, which was also very convenient to get around in Xi'An.

When we stayed at the hotel it was seemingly very empty, because we stayed in the off-season. Therefore the breakfast was sitting in the heating containers for a long time and was not very tasty for the price (60 RMB).

Average hotel

Quite a walk to the City Wall and Muslim Street. Hotel breakfast buffet was good the one morning we got it. Family suite offered a lot of room for us to spread out. Bathroom was fine, nothing special. Close to convenience store for goodies as needed.

Average beds and bathroom. Hotel staff were at the door at 8:30 am to clean the room! We didn't put out the door notification to let them know to not disturb. But they did come back later and a supervisor checks the rooms late afternoon.

Overall, this hotel is great value for money. We have booked it again for our next visit this month.

We love the size of the room. We had a deluxe room. It had 2 bathrooms which was great.

There was very limited English TV channels.

A decent place to stay. Location is iffy - you need to decide what's important.

Not sure if it's a good or bad thing. The hotel was kinda in between the train station. (also a major bus terminal) and the bell tower. So to get to either place, some walking or public transport is required. If I were to come to Xi An again, I would chose to either stay near the train station for convenient transport to all the major outlying sightseeing spots or near the belltower/metro line for ease of moving around within the city. Bed is on a bit of firmer side (I generally prefer the soft types) but I had a good night's rest throughout my stay. A handful of food options around the hotel but there is a big mall with a cinema diagonally opposite (about 5mins walk).

Nothing that I really didn't like. I wished the staff were more helpful and friendly but I think it's a China thing and not so much their staff. Responses online were quick.
