Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and communicative it made late check in a breeze. The staff have great attention to detail with cleaning they do a great job. Restraunt smelled amazing upon arrival and everything was easy to find, overall a great place to stay!
The only fault was that the shower head was not working well and 3 PowerPoints in bedroom and main room did not work

The location was lovely and convenient. Close to shops and cafés. The room was spacious and comfortable with all essential amenities. The staff when available, were really friendly.
The pool and gym were both very dirty. I had to clean the pool myself for a swim, and even then, it was quite slimy at the bottom. Breakfast buffet advertised is weekend only and was packed away long before 10am on the Saturday. Front desk is unmanned most of the time, so getting an answer to a question takes about 12hrs if u call the number given. For the price paid, this was all very disappointing.
