Nice hotel but not as descripbed

Rooms were lovely and we received welcome pace with wine and fruit which was nice. Some amazing views and nice looking resort. Pool bars are excellent serving food until 4 pm. Main restaurant started off well with lots of choice, however as it got busier it went down hill. Steeply.

Variety of food lessened every day, didn't seem to have enough staff. Queuing for food not my idea of a good hotel. Had to ask for tables to be cleaned. Hoards of cats and dogs roaming around the place. Dogs get on sun lounger with you and hang around when eating at snack bar. Cats in restaurant - one even took food from my plate as I was eating. Some people loved it.... not very hygienic though. Bus to beach bar was handy but manage your expectations for the beach. Seems to be a residential area and not the prettiest beach. Indoor bar was very small and not big enough to cope with size of the resort. Nowhere else to go.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Spacious apartments. Fantastic views. Great variety and quality of food. Friendly staff. Nice pools. We had elderly family members in our group, and we were kindly allocated a ground floor apartment with a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. It was very convenient for kids as well. We really enjoyed the excursion organized by Ali to the Greek island of Samos (his agency is next to the main entrance). Ali also provided transfers from and to the airport. Everything was well organized at affordable prices. Great service.

Great time by all.

Ian writing this review. The rooms were lovely. The whole hotel was very nice. Huge facility. The night shows were brilliant. The animation team were very good. We had loads of interaction with Jesse. He was an absolute gent, brilliant with the kids. A born entertainer. He mad it very enjoyable for the whole family. We all had are own names. Mr Ian, Mr Gary and Mr Gerry. Hilarious. Thanks you.

Maybe the time of year. It was hard to get tables for lunch and dinner. Other than that. Nothing to complain about it.

Lovely resort outside of kusadasi

The resort is beautiful. We had 2 bedroom apartment. Really nice & great air conditioning and pool view.

The steep hill to walk up to our apartment was something we didn’t like but not end of the world. Some of the main pool bar staff were rude , they regularly got orders wrong and turned pizza ovens off early to many a disappointed residents. It’s about 20 minutes and €15 euro in a taxi into kusadasi .

It was the most fun days of my life

I really liked everything. It was an enjoyable experience. The food was very good. They serve food 24 hours a day. I enjoyed the scenic views and loved the existing activities. I loved (Mr. Jesse) he was great in presenting shows and the staff were more than wonderful. There are many activities for children. I highly recommend him

Excellent value. Cleanliness top class , hospitality couldn't fault.

Something for everyone's taste. Staff were amazing servers, entertainment staff. Worked very hard. Really was excellent value for money. Everything literally outside the front door regarding taxis, excursions. About 15 mins outside kusadasi.200 lire in a taxi regardless of number of people. Super value

Beds were so hard to be honest. Duvets very small for the beds.

Perfect holiday my first time in Turkey will be back.

Everything excellent, nice people, great food, great facilities and golf course. Close to the beach, close to the town - we rented a car but they do transfers as well. I have been on many holidays, my first time in Turkey and I will be booking again for next year. Swimming pool cold at the end of October but that is to be expected, one heated pool inside, but just to jump in and out to get refreshed was fine for me. If you want massage definitely book in with Abi, I have been to many places but never had such a perfect massage.

Everything spot on. Will be back.

Had a Jacuzzi in our apartment that was broken. that’s the only thing that wasn’t nice.

Very welcoming.

Big all inclusive resort. Plenty to do at the hotel or activities can be arranged elsewhere. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Made us very welcome. Food good choice.

The location was a little bit far away from the centre . The beach is not on the resort but a free minibus runs daily to beach. Rooms are a little tired and could do with updating and the apartment was a bit dusty.

the hotel was new experiment for us the meals was great any thing you wish is available the swimming pools was great

they gave us a 3rd floor apartment there was no elevator and no one to help us with the luggage so we suffered after along trip to take it all to the apartment the water was very low pressure we complained to the manager 2 times until they fixed it

IT'S NOT WORTH IT. DONT GO THERE

Not worth the money. Its not 5 star hotel

The food was always cold and repetitive. Barwly any Turkish food. rooms weren't cleaned (every 3 days) most staff didn't speak English, some were very arrogant. They put us on the top floor after explaining we have 2 small children l, buggies and arthritis in knees. They lied and said all 2 bedroom apartments are allocated on top floor and refuse move us. The bell boy never helped us with our luggage and watched us struggle and drove off. It's not in kusadasi its in söke. No room services no complimentary drinks or in fact any drinks and snacks in the apartments, no cashpoint or even exchange money shop unless you get a cab to the local town. You can't walk to the local town as its located on the hills. To get to the main area where restaurants is you have to walk 5 10 minutes up and down hills. The water was freezing in the pools. Its outdated and not worth the money. 3 star at most. The beds were old and springyans uncomfortable. Constant attavked by bees. You cannot eat or drink without havingat leasy 10 bees around you. So sad we went there so happy and positive but couldn't wait to leave because of the horrible experience.

Very good

Location of the hotel in the mountains meant a cooling breeze on some days in the hot temperatures. Food was well presented and delicious. Nice to have other facilities such as dishwasher, washing machine in room. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Our lights and air con had problems during the stay. Wasps outside restaurants were an issue.

Staff was very friendly. Food was generally good. Rooms and all other areas were very clean. We enjoyed the location a lot as it is closed to a lot of destinations to visit in the area.

The bee problem was extremely bad, at many places we couldn't be able to eat one bite in peace. There were not enough spaces inside to accommodate everyone. Also it is presented as a family hotel, therefore I would expect better equipped for kids entertainment. Although the Animation team was great, the kids club and the play ground were worn down even unsafe in some occasions.

Old, unfriendly and dangerous

it was absolutely outdated, dirty, unfriendly and uncomfortable. The bartenders and staff were rude and not motivated. But the worst was the plague of wasps at dinner so eating was very dificult.. For me personally why I did not stay a week and left after 3 days was the salmonella poisoning. The fish at dinner had salmonella. I can gladly show the doctors findings to the hotel. Please avoid the hotel.

Great food, amazing staff.

Overall food was amazing, lots of options to choose. They have multiple pools. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Great view. People there are very kind. They are always smiling and trying to help you if anything needed.
