A nice stay with big rooms and lots of space! Very large kitchen for cooking and dining. Allocated fridge space and free water too. Staff were helpful and have discounts on boats / trips
A/C broke, but we were moved to another room so no problem!
The pool was being refurbished but it looked like it will be great once ready.
A little bit far from the center, maybe 10-15 minute walk but it was nice to see more local area.

Free upgrade was appreciated! AC worked very quickly and the bathroom was nice (a rarity in SA). It’s a 15 min walk from the port but there is a supermarket and bakery nearby. Very good kitchen!
The snorkelling masks are bad quality, so pass on these and just rent some in the town.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Daniel switched me to another room as soon as he found out that I couldn’t watch the World Cup games. The place has a communal full kitchen and it was clean. I would stay there again.
The bathroom of room that I was staying in before moving to another room had no curtains on the windows. I felt like I was being watched from the other buildings around.

It was clean
Location. Too far from the beach and downtown. Slum area. Bed uncomfortable, too firm mattress and pillows. All is very basic. Not a hint of any thoughtful convenience, like hooks in the bathroom, additional blanket. The air conditioner is very noisy.
