The staff were really nice, there was a home and community feel about the property. As a solo traveller it can be quite hard to meet people on the Galápagos Islands but they had a small communal area where you can hang out and potentially meet people. I also lost a pair of shorts and the staff were very accommodating to helping me find them!

Free filtered water
After checking in a left my bags by my bed in the dorm and went out for something to eat. When I returned I found that someone had moved my bags and taken my bed. The staff did not answer any messages when I asked them what I should do.

Everything was excellent. Nice air con in the room and I got a double bed. Cleaning every day with a fresh towel perfect when you’re in the sea every day and nice to have a fresh towel. Location is perfect and a must have water refill station with cold water as well. Hot shower and air con

The courtyard was nice w a jungle like feel. There were plenty of hammocks to relax in and clotheslines thoughtfully placed near rooms for guests’ use. The location was very central but quiet. AC was very good.
The kitchen was quite messy and dirty dishes and leftover food were often in evidence. The room was reasonably clean, but whenever the toilet was flushed there was a loud high pitched sound that continued for ten minutes or so while the tank refilled. Shower curtain needed updating.
