Very good

The owner kindly let us check in earlier as we arrived from Isabela at 9. He also arranged taxi transport to the airport. Convenient location - 5 minutes to the port, shops, restaurants and the trail to the bay. A/C and fridge.

Bathroom was a bit old.

Unhygienic bathroom

Bed was huge. Everything worked (AC and warm Water). Location was very good. Free Drinking Water was nice. Staff was friendly.

Bathroom was Not clean at all. I felt very uncomfortable there. Bedsheets and towels were proper but the rest was not so nice.

Great location for beach access and lots of restaurant options. Not located on main road so not much traffic noise either. Spacious giant bed for 4 people, so a couple has all the room to sprawl out.

position good, but…..

Very closed to the pier, where you can get access to all the activities of the island.

the last morning before the departure, we checked Al the room for don’t forget anything and my girlfriend found a toenail in the bed. needless to say, we never cut our nails during the stay.

The owner was kind and we were encouraged to ask for help if we needed anything.

The location was excellent. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast could be included. A fee could be added to cover a hot breakfast.

A great place to stay in Santa Cruz - the room was spacious and comfortable, great shower, great wifi and friendly staff. We had a problem with the boat from San Cristobal so missed our first night, and the owner graciously only charged us for the night we stayed. He also let us leave our bags in the hotel for the day as we transited from Isabel back to San Cristobal - so kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Hospedaje Germania offers a comfortable, clean room in a great location! I’d stay there again!

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was a nice size, very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had ac and hot water! Hostal Germania also has a filtered water dispenser which was very convenient. it’s located on a quiet street that’s a 5-10 minute walk to the pier and restaurants/tour agencies. It’s a 3 minute walk from Lagos de Ninfas and close to the Tortuga Bay trail as well!

Location is unbeatable as everything in Puerto Ayora is within 10 minutes walk from hotel.

Room was spacious with fridge, and kitchen sink. Water to refill bottles was available at the hotel. Room had air conditioning. Hotel was very close to pier (10 min walk), restaurants and shopping. Hotel management was very helpful in arranging taxi from airport and even stored our bags for free on a latter date while we spent a few hours in town between ferries.

Bathroom was small but had hot water. Room was facing street, so could hear cars as they drove by. Front desk staff spoke very little english but was very helpful otherwise. The owner did speak english but we only met him at the end of the stay.

No shared kitchen, little interaction with host so all felt very impersonal.

Good location, basic but clean and comfortable, helpful owner and staff.

Helpful, friendly owner (Raphael) and nice staff. Well located a few minutes walk from the port, fish market and Main Street, with shops and restaurants. Free cold, drinking water. Decent shower and clean room, which was serviced daily. Well priced for the Galapagos.

Nothing, though somewhere to dry swimsuits and small clothing items, would have been useful. However there are a number of cheap laundry services available close by for main items.

quiet at night, close to the start of the wall to Tortuga bay, cheap price

toilets are unseparated from the room, so you can hear and smell your partner flushing out their food poisoning (that we got from the Kiosks - DO NOT GO THERE ITS TERRIBLE SEAFOOD), no kitchen or place to make hot water for a coffee
