La posizione è comodissima per visitare il centro...il duomo via etnea .....piazza università e il parco bellini ....tutti posti raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di 20 minuti.....il parcheggio è adiacente alla struttura...... parcheggi quando arrivi e ti puoi scordare la macchina fino al momento di ripartire.....per me un valore aggiunto!!!
Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di alcuni piccoli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria.....il mobiletto del bagno e le rubinetterie sarebbero da rinnovare......il soffione della doccia rimane basso e una persona alta 180 cm non riesce a fare la doccia in piedi..... è necessario piegare le ginocchia.......non è il massimo!!!!....
Per entrare in camera si devono usare 3 chiavi che sono pressoché identiche......ogni volta entrare diventava un terno al lotto....si potrebbe ovviare facendo delle copie colorare ......portone principale....portone beb .....camera ....
Siamo stati bene....ma dei piccoli accorgimenti renderebbero il soggiorno impeccabile...

The location was excellent: near the bus stop and only 10 minutes walk to the town centre. The room was very big and with air conditioning. There is also space to park a car if needed. Francesca, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming.
The fridge was shared. There wasn't one in my room. No lift either.

Das Personal war super nett und hat uns sogar beim Koffertragen geholfen – trotz kleiner Sprachbarriere.
Das absolute Highlight hier sind die hervorragenden Parkmöglichkeiten im Hof sowie die sehr gute Lage. Gerade für einen kurzen Aufenthalt wirklich praktisch.
Die Wohnung selbst ist allerdings etwas speziell – sie wirkte fast so, als wäre sie früher einmal ein Reisebüro gewesen. Dafür gibt es aber unglaublich viel Platz und die Räume sind sehr groß.
Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es noch gaaaanz viel Luft nach oben, außerdem waren leider viele Stechmücken unterwegs. Für eine Nacht war es trotzdem völlig in Ordnung und zweckmäßig.
