great location. Moody neighbours

upon reading the comments my group and I were worried that the place might be unclean and it won’t be somewhere that we were going to stay again… On our arrival the apartment was clean and tidy, the location was excellent, it was a 10 minute walk to the sagrada familia cathedral and about a 10min drive to the beach and city centre. after the lift started to work, it was a pleasant stay! The shower room is really up to date and it was excellent value for money. You genuinely get your moneys worth

We could not sort out the heating and the electric heaters provided were smelling like it was burning. The duvets had no sheets. The lift wasn’t working on the first day and we were on the 5th floor.

they are thiefs

it was dirty, we had to clean it al by ourselves and we even didn’t get the security bond back without a motivation. When we asked for the security bond they stopped responding us. The cutlery was for 4 people while the apartment is for a maximum of 8. We had to buy the missing cutlery. You can not make any noise at any hour or the whole flat complex will hear you and complain about it. We never see anybody for the entire week, nobody came to welcome us and nobody ever asked us anything.

luck of care for details: the couch was dirty and full of stains, definitely never be cleaned. under the bathroom sink's cabinet it was a lot of old dust. curtains dusty, for people with allergy was a nightmare

Simple and basic accommodations; not fully stocked for more than 4 people.

The location was great; close to Sagrada familia and metro.

Booking.com and the property managers had two different check in procedures. Booking.com said someone would meet us at the apartment; the property managers made us walk a half mile to pick up the keys. Not bad, in and of itself, had there not been 6 of us traveling literally from all over the world with all of our luggage standing on the street waiting for someone to come. I called two times; finally got a call back and THEN was told to go to the office to pick up the keys. BIG disconnect between the property managers and booking.com. Apartment is VERY basic; not enough glassware for the 6 of us; nor coffee cups. We made due, but this apartment is bare basics. Two out of the three air conditioners worked; back rooms didn't have fans, so be prepared!

Taken for a rip off ride!

Its a Fraud, I booked an expensive, modern, good looking, well furnished, 4 star, 4 bedroom apartmant, close to the Sagrada and paid for it! and it was sneakily degraded, just before the travel date! Unheard of dishonesty! We got 3 bedroom, plain, 2star apartment, badly equipped, no good furniture, in bed repair, 5 day without any cleaning is disappointing, not enough cutlery, 1 wine glass, 5 forks only, no chopping board, no soap for washing, nothing in the bathroom: no place to put the towel, no hook for the cloth, zero toilettries, small, no lock of any kind, the 2nd toilet so small fits only a child, the shower very small and not a shelf of hook of any sort to put our own soap, shampoo, both toilet unsecured, wobbly, The bedrooms are small, basic and primitiv, so is the lounge room 1 armchair, a small sofa, about one tenth of the size what we saw on the pictures... dinnig room is a small pantry The location is far away what we wanted and booked,we have been taken for a ripp off ride!
