Exceptional

Great location. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Val and Henry were very welcoming.

Quiet comfortable home base

Great place outside of the party zone of Airlie but an easy walk should you wish to hit the town.

Apartment is a bit of a misnomer, it’s just the bottom level of someone’s house, but still, was comfortable and private enough with a brilliant view in the morning.

Not recommend. This not an apartment. It presented as a granny flat built in under a house. spoilt our stay at Airlie Be

very disappointed. We booked an apartment with a terrace and this was not what we booked. it was like a granny flat that was built under a house. the bedroom had no window / ventilation. very dark and unappealing. Looking out through a louvre window in the kitchen area that was eye level showed the ground outside which was so dirty. The ceiling was low enough to touch. we don’t know how this was approved as an apartment. The “terrace” was just 2 plastic chairs and table on a slab of concrete at the front door. so disappointed at our stay we left a day early. This was room/unit number 1.

A dream getaway

I liked the location, walking distance from the center of Airlei and from the lagoon. Val was just amazing, very accommodating and helpful!

Everything was very good. No complaints.

Functional, clean and friendly.

Location good, but hard to find (see below)

The place needs to be much better sign-posted. We drove past twice, couldn't find it (the only signage was something to do with watchmaking or jewellery) and were starting to think it didn't exist and we'd been scammed.

Wonderful Place to Stay. Very Relaxing.

The location was ideal. It was set up really well for a family. The owners had thought of everything and it very quickly felt like a second home. It was very private but when we wanted advice and tips on what to do in the area, the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. I hope we can stay again in the future.

Excellent easy walk to all attractions and services

Location was superb regarding proximity to main area of town and views were excellent. Unit was very clean and tidy and hosts ensured everything was taken care of.
