Mancato rispetto delle regole

Solo la posizione.

La struttura non è stata di nostro gradimento per svariati motivi. Il primo è che non hanno la reception H24 come scritto in booking, non hanno portineria in più ho pagato 50mil pesos per essere arrivati con 5 minuti di ritardo

Not so good, Host try to rip you off.

Host kept $22 from Deposit money for just tiny oil spot on bed sheet which could have gone away with easy wash. I feel ripped off.

Great value for the price in a great location.

The property is in a great location, very close to the action of Medellin.

The place is a little dated, and I wished it was the placed was cleaned a little better before my arrival.

Great room, great jacuzzi, very clean, great neighborhood restaurants.

The Jacuzzi was a great addition to the room. Neighborhood and restaurants in the area were great and cant wait to come back when I have a week to spend.

Great location very nice apartment

The apartment had a lot of space it was clean and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Great location. Great staff, great price

the service was horrible. they didn’t want to help us or give us any Refund

the place is very good and the apartment is very nice

most of the facilities didn’t work. we had hot tub with no hot water , and even in the shower the water was freezing, when we asked the owner to fix it they didn’t help us. the toilet were stuck.

Good trip Bad owner!!!

Location was really good. Close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Decent space for entertainment. The local people were we stayed were very welcoming. Beautiful site seeing tours with Jamie and awesome guide and person.

We had 3 apartments 2 of the 3 didn't have hot water for 2 1/2 days out of the 5 days we were there. I sent the owner a message just letting him know that I was disappointed with the hot water issue. HIS RESPONSE WAS "IT'S NOT THE RITZ CARLTON ,IT'S ONLY $40 A DAY MY LUNCH COST MORE THAN THAT". Didn't want anything from him, as I told him we made the best of it and enjoy ourselves. For that price we didn't expect 5 star but, hot Water is a must.

Helpful staff but not a great location. Not the best value

Very loud location. Difficult to sleep at night due to the fact that the front door/gate is open by design to let the air in as well as the sounds of the street in. The property shows many photos of the top floor suite but the bottom floor is really not so nice.

The place is real clean It's close to everything I wanted to go toThe property Manager are always willing to help in any way it is a safe place to stay

The only thing that I didn't like I couldn't watch American football games but that was it
