The hotel is very beautiful, with modern and well-maintained facilities. Unfortunately, we had a problem with ants in our rooms in the bungalow area, and on the second day we had to be moved to the main hotel building.
Aside from that, the breakfast was very good, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a lovely property, although the issue with the bungalow rooms affected our experience
We wanted to use the tennis court, but the rackets and balls provided by the hotel were very low quality, inexpensive, and completely worn out. It was a shame because the equipment made it impossible for us to properly enjoy the game.

reception staff is awful, any question or request was an entire burden on them, unless you speak Italian - then you get a smile !
