Great apartment to explore warsaw with all the commodities

The apartment is great, well located and worth everything in it, toiletries, washing macchine, detergent, dishwasher, coffee, milk, toys for children and maps from warsaw.... Two spacious bedrooms and shutters for the light. The bathroom is also great and has 2tvs although we didn't use them. We also got a cot for our baby girl and Karolina was very helpful as well. There are a couple of restaurants and grocery shops within 2 minutes. It also has a small balcony. Superb option.

It's not within walking distance from old town but public transportation is nearby. A bit noisy but not much. The building itself is not great. A fried pan and a nespresso coffee machine would be nice.

It was lovely and sunny, as mentioned in the naming.

Location. Underground parking included in the apartment. Sunny and warm apartment. Really lovely host. Apartment has a lot of extra things -washing machine powder, dishwasher tablets, extra blankets, logs of toilet papers, tooth paste, etc.

Great flat, but super-hot bedroom

The flat itself was just awesome. Very cozy interior, comfortable beds, necessary appliances. It had literaly everything that can be needed during the stay. Location is cool, closed underground parking is in the hotel nearby. It's good to know, that for a dog there's an additional fee.

I would really give this flat a 10, but one thing spoiled the stay. In the main bedroom there's a huge radiator, wich was veeery hot (we stayed in February) and the adjustment key was missing. As a result it was really hard to sleep there, and the bed in another room was much smaller. I wrote to the host immediately after checking-in, but got no answer during the next three days If this problem can be solved, the flat is super-cool

Fabulous place in Central Warsaw

This accommodation is just amazing, very warm and in perfect location. Walking distance (about 10-15 minutes) to Zlote Tarasy and Main Train Station. Food shops nearby (about 2 minutes walk). The host thought of every little detail, tea, coffees sugar, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste even basic feminine care just to name the few. Great value for money and I can definitely highly recommend this place. Definitely adding it to my favourites

We had a lovely stay at the Lovely Sunny Flat. It’s a great location between the airport & the city and so easy to g

I was staying with my teenage son, so it was great to have two separate rooms with good size beds.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, it was perfect for our weekend in the city. There are a few items in the apartment that are starting to show some small signs of wear. But I would definitely recommend to other travellers.

Very good location. Cosy apartment. Good communication with the owner. The design is lovely.

The bed with the green linen is broken. When I sat I fell three times. The wooden planks are not attached and one is broken. The item for drying the linen is broken too. We had to be very creative when we needed to dry the towels (had to tie the shopping bags). Three knives in the kitchen are broken too. The owner just needs to repair or buy the new stuff. On the whole everything was good.

Very well appointed and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and the hosts leave lots of great information. Great location to just walk the city.

Being able to control the temperature. It wasn't terrible it was just a little warm at times.

Lovely stay

That was the best equipped apartment I've ever rented! Apart from the necessities (towels, toiletries) and complimentary things (coffee/tea/ironboard) they offer sewing kit and even electric adapters! The flat itself is compact, wooden floor (so not cold), ikea furniture in a very good shape, new bathroom equipment. We've been travelling with an infant and for our case it was ideal.

Little bit noisy traffic outside, but it is a centre of the city.

Very cosy apartment

Apartment was bright, clean, and spacious. Host was very kind. Bathroom was really nice. Bigger room was pretty cosy.

Neighbourhood wasn't the best. Neighbours weren't friendly. Kitchen utensils weren't up to standards.

I Agree 100%+ With All The Positive Reviews !!! Karolina's dad was waiting for us at the flat and gave us some great tips and advice, he's a very caring man.

It's only a little thing! I would liked to have had the bottom bed sheet to be the same material as the duvet. (cotton)

Central location great for trips by public transport

Central location great for trips if you want to use public transport (main train station 15min walk, tram and bus stops and tube station near by). Cosy apartment with all small details making your stay very homely. The owner very friendly and informative. Very quick and detailed responses on emails with questions before hand.
