Location is good to travel by train. The apartment is clean and spacious with all necessary stuff. The breakfast is fantastic as it is organized in the cafe.

The apartment was clean, stylish and well-equipped
Arriving after a long travel day, I didn't find instructions the clearest. I was sent an address in advance for the office, but didn't realise this was on an upstairs floor, and it wasn't super clear how to get to them.
The apartment itself was also in another building. While I was provided a map, it took a little while to get my bearings.
Basically, if you want a frictionless check in after a lot of travel, this maybe isn't the choice.

The appartment is nice and has everything necessary. It was located in a nice building and the parking garage is not super tiny like some can be. Very clean and the location is pretty good as well. Checkin went smoothly. We requested a babycot and that was also conpleted with pillow and blanket
We requested a baby cot but there really wasnt any room to put it as the bedroom was already extremely tiny. The curtains are too small for the window so you cannot block out the sun.
After my stay I received an email sayibg that when I book with them directly next time "you can count on priority service". What does this mean and why should i be treated any less by booking through booking?
