The room was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed that we had a tv. The host is very kind and provided several good recommendations for activities and food. The breakfast was also a great option in the mornings (for an additional cost).

I absolutely loved that the property was under 10 minutes walking distance from all of Furnas’ amenities - from the park and river, to the lagoon hiking trail, hot springs, restaurants and the supermarket. It was also heavenly waking up to the sounds of birdsong, with the beautiful garden all around. Luís is a GEM of a host and he and I had some really wonderful chats about the islands’ history and culture.
No complaints - I was expecting the shared bathroom, so this didn’t phase me. And I loved the separate shower keys for each room.

Luiz is really a very nice person, we enjoyed a lot talking with him about history of his family.
Good advices about main things to do at Furnas and good recommandations for restaurants !
Just to confirm that the bathroom is commun to two rooms, it was ok.

Very kind host who was very welcoming!
The bed was firm which some people might like! I just had really bad neck pain so we ended up leaving to stay somewhere else. It also didn’t have a connecting bathroom to the room and the shower was older.
