Dobra lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy. Niewielka, ale funkcjonalna kuchnia. Miejsce parkingowe na terenie posesji. Pomocny gospodarz.

Personal parking place. Good bed.
Only one sun lounger on terrace, two would be adequate. No sunroof on terrace (although shown on the picture). No wardrobe. Overall, very simplistic equipment. Host did not reply to SMS and email when we asked for restaurant recommendations.
The living room is much more dark than shown in the picture. Overall, reality does not look as good as the pictures.
Compared to two other flats during our stay on Sao Miguel, this flat has much worse price-performance ratio.
