Greatest location on the island. Close to the surf beach and walkable into town. The house is modern and the staff is friendly and effective. Breakfast is plentiful and a very good start into the day. Communal breakfast room gives the chance to meet other guests. The owner is very personable and greets everyone of his guests.
The communal bathroom for two oft the bedrooms is a bit dark and the fixtures could use an upgrade. Nothing serious but worth a mention.

The location is great, really close to the main beach.
The room and house are really clean and the breakfast is well stocked.
Overall we had a nice stay and would recommend.
We were in Suite 1 and it was not clear on the Booking ad that the patio would be the main house patio not a private one.
If we had knew that we would have probably chose one of the upstairs bedroom. More privacy.

The location in Santa Barbara is nice.
Overpriced. The pictures are misleading. We booked the seaview suite, which is basically located in a hostel dorm. The ocean view is quite far away. But yes, you can see the sea.
The building/room is outdated. They redid the wall behind the bed to something modern and nice, with wood, and took their booking pictures facing this way. The bathroom is small. The bed is highly uncomfortable. The breakfast is a joke. There was cold coffee, cornflakes, some bread, juice, jam and biscuits.
The communication was bad, nearly non-existing. We arrived and had not receive any information on how to get in the building and room.
