Locatie was prima: we konden achter het hostel heel makkelijk parkeren en vanuit het hostel binnen een paar minuten aan het strand of in het stadje.
Kamer was mooi, groot en schoon.
Gezamenlijke ruimte (keuken, woonkamer en buiten) was prima.
de gezamenlijke keuken: Jammer dat je er niet kon koken en de oven kuren vertoonde.

Nice modern place to stay. We did not make use of the kitchen (seems that the cooking plate was not working), but that was fine for us. We rented the private room with Bathroom. Enough space and clean.
It can be a bit noisy when other people walk in the hallway

What we liked about this place is the place was very clean, there is a cleaning lady every day who takes care of the place. The location of the hostel is great as well and many free parking places just in front of the hostel.
Be aware that this hostel does not have a reception. We reached out for help booking a table at a nearby restaurant, and their response was: "We are not a hotel, so we don't provide that kind of service." For the price we paid per night (105 chf/night), we expected a higher level of hospitality. Even cheaper places such as campsites on Faial Island and Airbnb hosts in Sao Miguel were more willing to assist with restaurant or taxi reservations when needed. Quite disappointing overall! Not coming back!
