Staff, especially in the restaurant, were outstanding. Genuinely friendly, outgoing and helpful. Hotel is very well located within a 5 minute walk of central Furnas - excellent location. Rooms were basic but comfortable- there is no A/Cbut the evenings and nights were cool, so with the window open it was not an issue for us. Very quiet area at night - no loud traffic. Insect screens on the windows would have been appreciated, but only got 1 mosquito bite so maybe it isn’t a big deal. Pool was very nice and relaxing (unheated, but water temperature was good). Ample parking.
The breakfast buffet was also quite good. Lots of fresh fruit, breads, eggs and cheeses. Better than I had expected to be honest.
All in all, an excellent hotel. Highly recommend for Furnas.

Friendly staff, amazing location where you are surrounded by jungles. Quiet and cozy.
Breakfast could be more diverse, and there was no AC, but we managed as we arrived when the heat started to lower.

The breakfast was amazing, the room was very clean and the location of the hotel is in a quiet area and close to all of the things that you would want to do in Furnas.
The hotel contacted me to remind me that I did not book a room with a balcony (we chose an economy room). That was fine with us because we didn’t need a balcony. What we did not know is that the rooms have no fans or cooling of any kind and in the economy room you do not get a screen for your window, so you cannot open your window (mosquitos), so you just have to lie there and sweat all night.
