Small shared terrace with view. My room was spacious.
There is some noise from a bar just opposite but if you close the window it was fine.
It´s a bit strange when you go to the shared bathroom and other guests are sitting at the breakfast table.
Check in is a bit complicated as you get instructions quite late although in my case I got information morning time already as the room was not occupied the night before. Normal check in from 3 pm (and no storage for luggage if you are arriving early).

It was really really lovely place in great location with an ocean view from the balcony, amazing fully equiped kitchen, comfortable beds.
the only disadvantage is the sport club bar right under the windows, you can hear and see lot of drunk guys screaming all day and night and being very noisy ..
but it’s not the landlords fault , but its a but annoying

The address of the place is really good. Rooms are clean and nice. Felt like home. Communication with host was fast and helpfull.

nicely furnitured spacious apartment with the balcony. If you rent both rooms for your company it will be a nice place to hang around, cook and explore the hoods. Check in was easy and communication with the host very fast and friendly
- note the apartment is located at quiet a busy street, it feels noisy during the night from the nearby sports bar and in the early morning when cars start to pass by and church ringing every 15 mins
- the beds are too soft
