Not worth the €1400 we paid for 11 days

The location was good.

Booked a 1 bedroom flat, got a studio, price was higher. When reported to the staff they said the picture showed the apartment. Not a dining table, just a little table in the small terrace. Broken chairs, not anything to cook as basic condiments, nor any cleaning products other than 50ml of washing up liquid. Electricity went off several times. Stairs were really narrow, steep and uncomfortable. Really tough to go up and down with a luggage. Curtains were broken. Retractable awning didn’t protect from the rain. The place wasn’t really clean

Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location, although some appliances need attention and improvement.

Great location with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. The Wi-Fi and internet connection were reliable, and the property had several useful amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The apartment was generally pleasant to stay in.

Some of the appliances were not working properly, which was inconvenient during our stay. It would be helpful if all appliances were checked and maintained before guests arrive. Apart from this, the property was comfortable and well located.

L'emplacement de l'établissement était parfait et central. La fluidité de communication avec l'équipe via Whatsapp.

L'appartement est délabré, la VMC ne fonctionne pas, l'appartement a donc des moisissures sur les plafonds. L'intérieur de la douche était insalubre. L'appartement n'a pas de fenêtre permettant d'avoir une lumière naturelle dans l'appartement où d'aéré celui-ci. Il n'y avait pas de couette dans le lit, seulement un drap extrêmement fin.
