Easy access, clean and good location
Shared toilets but wasn’t to bad by all accounts we didn’t share it with anyone else. And they were cleaned after the first day by staff

The location and cleanliness. It was very easy to get in the room at checkin and the staff were quick to reply to messages
The bed wasn’t sturdy, which caused restless sleep. Every time we would turn in our sleep we would wake each other because the bed was so unstable, creaky and wobbly.

Excellent location - couldn’t have been better. Great service and easy to check in / out etc
There was initially a mix up regarding rooms but it did get sorted very quickly. Everything else went smoothly.
