Quiet, Pet Friendly, Relaxing Cannon Beach Home ~ Near Beach & Haystack Rock
About this house rental
Situated in Tolovana Park, this attractive house for $390 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. DUE TO COVID-19 we want to assure guests that the house will be thoroughly cleaned between guests using a state of the art ultra low atomizer disinfection sprayer, that will be used after every clean to make sure the house is safe for occupancy. Moving forward we will try to schedule 48 hours between guests where possible. A very clean pet friendly vacation home that sleeps 6 comfortably (Fee is for 4 people, additional $15 per night for additional guests up to 6). There is also a $20 per night per pet fee for people bringing their pets. (Please note we do not permit pets to be on the furniture in the house. Please consider not bringing your pet if your dog is not able to do this.) Property has been stylishly remodeled with bamboo floors. The living room, complete with tasteful furnishings, also boasts a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped to suit all of your family’s needs. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled in keeping with the tranquil feeling of the home. One bathroom is a full bath and the other bathroom has a shower. Furnishings are elegant, comfortable and relaxing. There are three bedrooms, one room has a king bed, one room has a queen bed, and the third room has a trundle bed with 2 twin beds. The home has a large paved driveway for off street parking. It is set in a tranquil area that provides wonderful privacy, with a large deck off the back bedroom where you can relax. The back section of the property borders a wooded area for increased solitude. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy summer life of downtown Cannon Beach, although downtown is easily accessible either by car or by foot. It is also just steps away from the beach and famous Haystack Rock. Whether you're looking for a peaceful weekend away or a long luxurious week at the beach this is the house for you. Summer months require a minimum 7 night rental - NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE NOTE: if you would like to stay longer than 7 days in the summer please message us directly as some of the blackout dates may be available. We have a strict 60 day cancellation policy. Full Refunds will only be issued if the City of Cannon Beach and/or the Governor of Oregon instigates a shutdown to visitors due to COVID-19. Our family had a relaxing stay & truly felt the escape from our busy lives of work & school.
You get it all here: walkable to beach & town from a tucked in the woods home. We loved cooking meals with a kitchen that had all the amenities we needed. We had time to kick back to watch a movie, play games and read books. There is enough space for a family of four to gather together and have privacy when needed.
We loved our stay. My 26 year old son expressed it well by saying "I have been truly relaxed here."

Overall great place. We had six adults, but it is a better fit for four as one bedroom is a trundle bed good for kids but not adults.

Our family had not been back to Cannon Beach since pre-COVID, and we could not have chosen a better place to stay for our week-long vacation this summer! The house was just the right size for four adults and two infants. All the amenities were terrific -- we especially loved the upstairs back patio and kitchen, which led to a lot of great "dinners in."
Haystack Rock is a three minute stroll away -- the beach access point literally spills you out right in front of it -- and Pelican Brewery, the Sleepy Monk and the southern strip of town is less than a five minute walk. Beautiful location and we hope to visit again as our family grows!

We enjoyed a stay here a lot. We spent a week reconnecting with our daughters, and having fun on the beach with our dog and little grandson. we prepared all our meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed to enjoy our days & evenings together. Also a lovely shady spot, which was nice during the hot weather and many walks to the beach. Only problem now is that my grandson thinks this is Granny's beach house (he really loves volcanos) and called Haystack Rock - Volcano Rock - so I think we will need to come back.

twin beds not comfortable
Bed in the non main mattress caves in to the middle a bit
Really dislike having to wash towels and strip beds at end of stay especially when the dryer takes forever to dry - also the dryer vents into the bedroom so it gets hot in there even with the window open
Front door is hard to lock - you have to push in on the door towards the inside of the house to get it to lock
Back deck is amazing place to relax and front patio is very private. Hose was very useful to wash off sand.

Loved our annual visit to Cannon Beach, and once again the house was perfectly located and made the vacation truly enjoyable. It was disappointing to find out that house was already rented to someone else between 7/21 and 7/29 2023, and for the first time in five years, I will have l to look for a new house to rent.

Home is located on edge of town with easy access to Haystack Rock beach area, and short walking distance to town center. Well maintained and clean, with reasonable central seating, gas fire and kitchen area sufficient for family meal prep. Town trail system accessible just down the street.

Great hideaway away from the crowds!
This is the second summer that we have stayed at this charming home. It is well stocked and the beds are wonderful! The dogs enjoyed it as much as we did. I highly recommend!

Perfect home in Cannon Beach
I can’t say enough about this incredibly comfortable and beautiful home. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get out of them! We cooked a complete Easter dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. Walked to the beach to explore Haystack Rock and coffee at Sleepy Monk each morning. Truly perfect! We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time! The property itself is very well equipped and maintained. It is a quick walk to Haystack and everything Cannon Beach has to offer. Couldn’t have picked a better home base while exploring the Oregon coast.

Four of us stayed at this lovely beach house just off Haystack Rock. It was a short walk to the beach where we walked daily. It was also a quick walk into the centre of town for coffee or dinner. The house itself was cozy with a gas fireplace, comfortable beds, and well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property
Location is incredible while visiting Cannon Beach. A few steps out of the front door and a turn to the left and Beacon Rock welcomes you to the ocean air, tide pools & sand. The house had all our needs met for our weekend getaway.

Not too far of a walk to the beach.
House was clean and clutter free.
There is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood so it was loud all morning and afternoon, but I assume it will finish up soon and not be an issue in the future.
